What Kind of Requests Can Go Through Total Expert's VIP Concierge Service?


Total Expert’s team can answer your questions about the software as well as field reports of any issues that might be occurring.


You can also request flyer creation, website creation, updates to your profile picture, updates to your agent partners’ account information, assistance for agents when they are accepting a co-marketing invite, and agent account creation.  Please see details below for these items.


Can VIP Concierge Help If I Need Assistance Creating a Flyer or a Website?


Yes. Total Expert can assist with creating flyers or websites for your agents’ listings. Your agent partners can also send requests to Total Expert’s team for flyer and website creation. Flyer and Website creation requests will usually be completed on the same day they are requested.


NOTE: Total Expert’s VIP Concierge Service is unable to assist with creation of rate flyers. These must be created by you.


Can a Flyer and/or Single Property Site Still be Created If a Listing or a Builder Listing is Not Available Through MLS? 


Yes. The VIP Concierge Service is able to create flyers and single property sites for listings that are not on MLS, such as builder listings. To have a flyer for a listing created, please provide the listing address and a link to a webpage where the listing information (beds, baths, sq ft, etc.) is readily available.


Flyer and Website creation requests will usually be completed on the same day they are requested.


Can Total Expert Create Assets Without Receiving a Specific Request?


Yes. Total Expert offers a proactive asset creation service. Through this service, you can have an agent partners listings checked every few weeks and assets can be created for them.  


NOTE: Depending on how many listings an agent has, this may not extend to all their listings.


Can Total Expert Assist With Updating My Account Information?


Total Expert can assist with updating your profile picture. You will want to send needed changes to U.S. Bank’s CMO GPS team at mortgageCMOGPSshared@usbank.com for any other changes. 


Can Total Expert Assist With Updating My Agents' Account Information?


Yes. While your agents can update their information from their “account settings” menu, Total Expert is also able to make updates to that information on request. Total Expert will NOT be able to change the email address or password associated with an account when the request comes from an MLO.  If the agent that is associated with the the account contacts Total Expert, then those changes can be made.


Can Total Expert Assist If My Agent is Having Difficulties Registering for Total Expert Through a Co-Marketing Invite?


Yes. Agents can always contact us at Support@totalexpert.com or at 800-830-9085 for assistance if they are having difficulties with the registration form after accepting a co-marketing invite.


Note: The agent needs to contact Total Expert Support – by the email or number provided above – if they want Total Expert to complete their account registration. This is only an option if the agent has received the invite and visited the link in the invitation email.


Additionally, if the agent has received the invite and visited the link in the invitation email, Total Expert can complete their account registration on request ONLY if the agent contacts Total Expert Support to request this. 


To complete this request, Total Expert requires the following information:


  • First and last name of the agent
  • The company that the agent works for
  • A link to the agent’s online profile/webpage so that other information about them can be easily found by Total Expert’s team.


Once this information is received by Total Expert’s team, account creation of that agent can be completed within 1-3 business days.
