Infographic Flyers combine data from popular online resources like Google, Great Schools, and Walk Score with the MLS listings images and text used in listing flyers. This information is presented in an attractive and easy-to-understand format that boosts engagement with clients while helping to drive business with your co-marketing partners. 


There are two primary flyers available for you usage:

  • Urban flyer - Used for urban properties. Shows walk scores, nearby schools, and close entertainment options for the listed property. 
  • Suburban flyer - Used for suburban properties. Will not show walks scores, but it does show both nearby schools and entertainment options. 


Entertainment options on urban flyers:

  • Walk Scores: Parks, convenience, drink/dine, shopping, culture, and schools.
  • Entertain Options 1: Bars, bowling alleys, campgrounds, gyms, night clubs, and parks.
  • Entertainment Options 2: Amusement parks, aquariums, art galleries, casinos, movie theaters, museums, stadiums, zoos, bakeries, cafes, movie rental, and restaurants.


Entertainment options on suburban flyers:

  • Entertainment Options 1: Bicycle stores, book stores, car dealers, clothing stores, convenience stores, department stores, electronics stores, furniture stores, hardware stores, home goods stores, jewelry stores, pet stores, shoe stores, shopping malls, and stores.
  • Entertainment Options 2: Bars, bowling alleys, campgrounds, gyms, night clubs, and parks.
