Can I Edit the Invite Message That Gets Sent to My Co-Marketing Partner?

No. The message has been pre-approved by your organization and cannot be edited.  


Why Has My Co-Marketing Partner Not Accepted My Invitation?

Double check that the email address you sent the invite to is correct, then try and call your co-marketer to see if the email got lost in their spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, try deleting and resending the invitation you sent. 


Is It Necessary to Invite All of My Co-Marketing Participants?

Yes. Every co-marketing partner that appears on projects must have their own account. Please remind them it only takes a few minutes to create an account. 


What If My Co-Marketing Partner Says 'No'? 

Remind them the system is free and there is no obligation for them to use the tools. Tell your partner that in order to appear on projects, they must have an account. 


Can I Re-Invite a Co-Marketing Partner After I Remove the Connection?

Yes, you can! Just invite that same contact again to co-market with you.
