Below is a list of steps you can take to ensure your co-marketers accept their invites. 


  1. Reach out to your co-marketing participant and ask if they received the invite. Advise them to check their spam or promotional folders as well. 
  2. Give it time. Email servers that are new to Total Expert can take time to validate. Sometimes emails are delayed up to an hour.
  3. Ensure that your co-marketer hasn't received their email by calling them. 
  4. Contact Total Expert support at Support@TotalExpert.com or reach out by using the chat function on your TE platform. Please have the co-marketer's email address ready. 


Total Expert passes the COI into Salesforce to create a COI record once your co-marketing parnter accepts their invitation.
